The Durable Business (TDB) is built on the timeless principles. It’s our attempt to identify the underlying framework for building a long-term business asset that applies to service businesses, digital/virtual information/knowledge products, consulting, etc.
TDB is what we’d do to help a company grow from $10,000 and up to $200,000 to generate revenue. We’re confident that it’s going to work that we’ll establish that business and demonstrate our contribution within TDB.
As part of the course we’ll be using our own guidelines for building an online side-business that is brand new between $0 and $100K. We’ll build it in a place that we’ve never worked in, without an email list, no name and nothing that our students do not have.
Our marketing buddies have said that we’re crazy to say this, or they’ve lost their mind, which we like to think so too. The toughest aspect of running a business is beginning from scratch. However, the transition from $100k to $250K or even $250K to a million dollars, is not a walk in the park.
