Melanie Crane created this piece after being inspired by her own personal and professional experiences. Melanie draws on her background as a former Division 1 gymnast, marathon runner, top Keller Williams Realty producer, and researcher in the field of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
Self-discipline does not imply giving up your favorite activities. It’s all about determining your priorities and developing routines to ensure that you honor and realize them. It provides us peace of mind, freedom, and self-assurance, allowing us to approach our priorities in a healthy, balanced, and introspective manner that reflects who we are aiming to become.
Self-discipline enables you to become the best version of yourself and live a happier, more successful life.
